Well, I have been promising this remake for over a year now. I'm so excited to finally be sharing it with everyone!! I hope that I have expanded the game enough to stump some of the people who have played the game 100 times. Good luck!

Here is the original Riddle School: http://www.newgrounds.com/portal/view/314680

And as an added bonus, I am releasing it alongside JonBro's official conclusion to the 10 year old series

-----------------

[27/05/2016]: All the known bugs should now be squashed (thank you all for pointing them out) and all medals should now be working. Cheers!

[07/06/2016]: I came back and fixed a few small things that bothered me. This included dialogue for the girl's bathroom and behind the vending machine. There is also now a Quit button!!

[27/06/2016]: Thank you for a full month on the front page! I never expected such a long stay, but I really appreciate it. I can't promise anything, but maybe someday I will revisit this wonderful world Jon has created. Cheers!

[17/5/2017]: One of the most common complaints I had with this game was the fact that it still had the tiny resolution of a 10 year old Flash game. Well squint no more!! The game is now 1.5x bigger!! I hope you guys enjoy the new modern resolution. I wish I had done this from the beginning. Cheers!

Ooooh. Not bad for a 1st game. Also threw in the open ending. Well done. Now just take the critisms and other things you learned from this game and kick some ass with the sequel. I am RABBI!

So good man but when I hoold my mouse on items and it says it names it makes the game easier for poeple cuz they know where to click but still a nice game have all medals only circa 2006 left :D but how did you learn how to make this game I want to learn this too :D

Noodle responds:

It took some serious trial and error to learn how to program this. It was the first game I programmed, and as such I actually had to restart it at one point.

Since my game only has clicking and item trading, it isn't that difficult to make! I hope for the next game I make I can learn to add more involved puzzles.

Cute, but has a couple of bugs. The worst was that when confronting that student in the hallway who wanted a pass, I didn't click the pass but went back, and the pass disappeared from my inventory, so I had to start all over again... (oh well it is a short game :) Also, the floating text on the mouse cursor remains if I go to another screen, until I hover the mouse pointer around some other object.
Otherwise, nice homage for a good series :)
(I don't remember the original, so I can't complain about usability)

Noodle responds:

The hall pass thing is a pretty bad glitch. I might attempt to fix that one soon.

The text one is an artifact of how I programmed the game. I would have to completely rebuild that code to fix that. So unfortunately, that won't be fixed any time soon.

Thanks for the review.
