One bow, one island, one life... it's man against the wilderness. Only the greatest of survivors can last. How long can you?
★Controls★
Use the arrow keys to move.
Hold Z to run.
Hold and release X to use your bow.
★Instructions★
Kill the animals and walk over them to sustain your hunger meter from reaching zero. Running startles enemies from a greater distance so it is ideal to run when being chased! Submit your score to the leaderboards!

Thanks! I think the low resolution requirements restricting the field of view made the game more difficult for players. I'm unsure about whether I'll make another since it doesn't take too long at all to make but if I did it would possibly use keyboard & mouse or have a targeting button.
took me 3 tries to even survive 1 second because there was a lion literally already touching me when i spawned, but idk... it seems interesting. i think the gameplay needs to be a little more fluid and maybe begin with less enemies

Yeah, I am aware of that problem and I will try to fix it on my next and final update. From reading the comments, I've decided that whenever I do make a sequel it'll be an isometric game and will allow the player to aim with the mouse instead. As for now, I'm about to start working on a new adventure game :).
Thanks for reporting how much that problem reoccurs.
Graphics are cool, music neither, needed some time to understand the game, and like for me there wasn't so many gameplay potential - that's why didn't catch up to the game a lot.

Yeah, I really wanted to throw people in the game so that they could figure out a way of surviving since there are only 2 buttons (excluding the arrow keys) but confusion leads to frustration which therefore gives me one more 1/5 rating lol. I've learnt a lot from the comments; thanks for your honesty :).
The game has a lot of potiental but the storms slow down the game a lot and even my computer.Besides that, nice game.
Interesting game. Simple controls, simple design. good for about maybe 5-10 minutes of amusement.
