Lip syncing isn't really matched up very well, I suggest to make things easier to use keyframe caddy pro. It's a great utility for animation, but overall, I like your style and art, good job, just keep practicing!

I don't usually give 0 star reviews on any of my old accounts. Having said that, this feels like a little tech demo and only seems to be getting 5 star reviews off people who like Steven Universe. There is no story, Though you have nicely copied the style the mouth movements seem off and you need more in-betweens.
Try and create something bigger.

She is cute. This is cute to see to be honest. Steven's Universe, the show She is from Has Interesting names for the Characters. Names Like Ruby, Sapphire, Pearl and even Amethyst and so on and. I Have not seen the show she is from yet. I Might see that show some day. Nice job
