Quite a graphical upgrade you made, love the map, but I think it should be bigger, maybe add some jumps. I miss the IA, trying to drive them out or put a car in the middle of their way was really funny. What about making internal damage to the car? So that the cars will eventually stop working. I'll be waiting for the next version, if you think on keep going with this game.

WSAD or arrows – Thottle, brake, steering
Space – Handbrake
Enter – Reset vehicle (if it rolls over)
C- Change camera
Tab or PgUp/PgDown - Select vehicle
R – Repair vehicle damage.
P – Pause the vehicles (Vehicle Manager scene)
Camera and vehicle selection can be used while in Pause.
Esc – Restart the scene.

You have made a lot of improvement. But if I were to be honest, you also have some faults in this second installment. 1) You took away the bots, which added a layer of hilarity. 2) You need to make the map bigger. Other than those, this game is pretty entertaining.
