The storytelling (without the use of any voice-acting!) is outstanding and the final scene is very touching. Wonderful submission imo.

This is a film about a boy who is taken apart of a tradition to provide for the community. He must cross the desert toward a river, to catch a big Fish.
I made this after Reaper. I needed a change of mood because Reaper was Dark. Anywho, I made this my last year at calarts, 2010. After this one. I will post current films. PROMISE!

I thought this was lovely.
I liked the art style and thought it told an interesting story.
It was a refreshing style and i thoroughly enjoyed it.
I think this was a good submission and since you did this about 6 years ago. I'm sure your skills have advanced greatly. :-)
