I don't think you should warrant this as a real submission in the portal. It would perhaps be more intrinsic or naturally belonging to in places like your news post for instance, or if you want an audience why not share this on your social media or website pages and from there, you can receive more friendly or comfortable feedback without the feeling of being repressed by an actual voting system.

Basically just try to finish this and add more context. Also it's erroneous if you classify it as a parody when apparently it's just a lip syncing animation.

the lip sync isn't even that good, study how the mouth moves because sure as hell does not look like this.

Well, it's a decent start, but there's nothing to it yet.

It's not really an animation; at least not with a story and music and all. It's more like a test; 10 pictures and about a second long. Keep at it, but they should be complete before submitting.
