i think we all can relate. that made me chuckle

This is really poor, especially the SWF version. No preloader. I don't understand what is so hard about downloading an FLA file, copying its contents and pasting it at the first frame of the timeline but somehow, you did go through the trouble of exporting it as a video. If you downloaded Swivel, that makes the lack of preloader all the more baffling considering you had to go through the NG wiki to find it under Flash Resources, which also provides a link to the preloader download page, & getting a preloader was apparently still too much work. I don't understand why this is such a common problem.

You have so much utility at your reach when using Flash but apparently no ambition to make any use of it, not even for the most conventional of tools for presenting your work.

I don't know what else to point out other than the dialog is very clunky & unfunny. When I saw the thumbnail & read the title, I inferred that this would be about Glados' affinity with the spyware they integrated into Windows 10, as a way of expressing how much they have in common in this regard; an operating system after Glados' own heart or something to that effect. I suppose having the OS installed onto Glados' would've been funny if not for the misleading title & thumbnail.

Deliberately drawing attention away from the core joke to address a flaw isn't funny, by the way. That's something that Doug Walker would write into his "humor". I doubt the average person would've noticed anyway but we all know now, don't we?

Glados complaining about the operating system being installed automatically for so long killed the potential of the joke by over-explaining what's going on. The most that should've happened is Glados announced that Windows 10 had been installed, started spazzing out like it was malfunctioning & then cut to the explosion.

Also, the cropped image of Glados' gun is fucked up, not only were the surrounding graphics not completely deleted but the gun itself is transparent. You may want to fix that.

You also may want to start using color. I take it that you tried but the paint bucket wouldn't fill? Mayhaps it's because you don't have your outlines properly attached together because you used the brush tool instead of an actual outline tool.

I feel as though you have some potential but you lack the follow through to create a good product. You may want to spend more time on your projects rather than rushing them to completion.
