Quotidian

Author Comments

Wake up in the morning. Drink a cup of coffee. Close the curtains and go to bed. The days change, but the ritual does not.

This is a short game, taking typically less than 10 minutes to complete. The days do not loop even though it appears so at first glance - each day is different and you'll miss out on some interesting scenes if you only play first day!

Quotidian was made for Global Game Jam 2016. The game was made entirely in 48 hours, with the theme of 'Ritual.'

I felt bad for Jim, I told him to fuck off the first day I didn't think it would have such tragic consequences....

Beautiful! Just beautiful work! This is artistry at its finest. Amazing job! The art, the humor, the ease of gameplay, just everything worked perfectly together. I think if it was any longer you would lose the attention span of some people so it was a great length. And you made this in 48 hours???!!! So good.
