Quotidian

Author Comments

Wake up in the morning. Drink a cup of coffee. Close the curtains and go to bed. The days change, but the ritual does not.

This is a short game, taking typically less than 10 minutes to complete. The days do not loop even though it appears so at first glance - each day is different and you'll miss out on some interesting scenes if you only play first day!

Quotidian was made for Global Game Jam 2016. The game was made entirely in 48 hours, with the theme of 'Ritual.'

Hehe. I actually had a dream based off this game. I dare say I ended up better that this guy.

Jim die, because he is black.

Heres what told Jim
Day 1: Fuck you Jim
Day 2: Hi Bird
Day 3: Hey Jim, you don't look so well. are you ok? Silence means yes.

My only complaint is I don't think it was long enough.

1st day: Damn, I need to work on a holyday. Unpaid water bills. Jim ignores me.
2nd day: I have no water, but I'll just drimk the coffee beans. Got fired. Jim died, I didn't have the worst day. Saw Jim's ghost, too sleepy to care.
3rd day: Apocalipse? Who cares? Good thing I worship satan, he will not fire me. Jim is too skinny. I'll brush my teeth with this sword and go sleep.

Day 3: Hey Jim did you lose weight? Hail Satan!
