well, this game definitely needs something like a bestiary where you can see the info of your crew members, what are theyr pros and cons, i get the puzzle mechanic, but without the info is like hoping a 5th grader solves an astrophysicist ecuation, another thing is that your king MUST live instead of going queue to battle. i like the concept but it needs some work.

So there's no way to only get units that won't attack your own, and that's fine, that's obviously the puzzle. Setting bad units to paralyze keeps them from killing my own and healing keeps you alive for longer, but I can't get a lot of attack value that way. I really tried, yet the turtle keeps regenerating every time it hits me and starts buffing around round three, from which point on it keeps getting stronger while still regenerating every round until it just one-shots me, even at full health. I feel like I can figure out what units would make a good team, but this game just isn't balanced at all. Two stars for the idea, another half-star for arts, no stars for not playtesting, minus two stars for unplayability.

Need some instructions. Plus the pop-ups when starting the game and at the end of the game are annoying.

I feel like there is some potential here but without better instruction the game takes to long to figure out. I need a better understanding of the abilities of each character and how the impact the others. Trial and error got boring.
