It's an interesting style of animation for sure,
Some of the lip syncing is off though and the scenes could have been timed a bit better.
If you haven't, have you considered making storyboards/animatics of animations before you create the animation? it's very helpful for timing scenes.
The voice acting seemed fine, just that noise in the background of the voices, but that comes with a lot of microphones today. Try getting sound proof walling of improvising with cushions and blankets xD

Nice animation overall. If you improve on this style of animation it could become a very efficient animation style! :) keep up the good work man! :D
