Gaming mechanics are a bit off. Regardless, its just an easy management game. I loved the characters, I almost died when I saw Mr. Bean.
Only played one level, did not want to move on. I kept trying to give out the wrong cookies and cakes, as some of them look almost the same in the speech bubble. The window is too small for the differences to be that few. Stronger colours would make this problem go away. It was kind of confusing as to where I was supposed to set down people in the beginning, as I thought they had to go in front of the rack, not in front of the desk (maybe silly of me, but hey, that's the impression I got).
The cleaning was "hard" as there was only a tiny spot vs. the big table to click. Would love to be able to click anywhere on the table instead of on the actual plate.
The first customer I got went to check out himself, but then I had to drag and drop the next ones myself, which, in the beginning, was confusing as well. My opinion is, take that away, make sure the first customer does not do this, and get the routine in from start on your players, it makes for much less confusion and frustration.
Now, the last thing I can think of is the symbols, which should be clearer. Personally, I had to look closely to figure which one I had to send which customer to, making me late, making me earn less money than I could, which then made me frustrated, and did not want to play your game. I know you can make better games than this, so I would love to see this improved.
