The line work just isn't that good. What you need to do is go into smoothing and go to something like 41 or something around that. I get that you're trying to be abstract but just white and black don't work together. You need something like grays or purple. The animation just feels disconnected and jagged as well. I'm sure you could do something good if you got into color theory and animation.
This is my 15th animation. Most of them are in color but thanks for the advice :)

He seems to be universally despised by his peers and the poor guy wants to be loved.
His cute character design easily makes him a more sympathetic character.
Future movies about Fay should delve deeper into his relationships with his friends, peers and even enemies.
The overall movie had a brutality honest approach to it's intended overall mood.
Something about it seemed to be very personal to you.
