2 button racing for up to 4 players. Made over 2 days for Ludum Dare 34.
The controls are a little unnatural,they should be:A-D,J-L,left arrow and right arrow,and maybe numbers.It`s just a sugestion,me and my friend had fun playing
it's pretty okay. the graphics are decent. the controls could use some fine tuning, since playing this had me barreling all over the place (exaggerating). also i couldn't seem to keep up with the AI racers at ALL, they outpaced me even when we were all driving in a straight line on a straight path.
pretty good for a two day game, and damn better than anything i could make so props to ya. just needs some tightening up.

It would definitely benefit from some different difficulty levels but your kart is ever so slightly better than all but 1 of the bots (the other 1 has the exact same kart stats as you). they're difficult but beatable: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jBqavCSYzjw
Nice gameplay and nice graphics, however i would like to have acceleration and not static speed. Well done though

Thanks. The theme for the competition was 2 button controls, so I dropped the acceleration to let players steer :)
Maybe in a future version though!
