Please upload finished games, this isn't a website for demos.

Pretty Good for first attempt! (My first game was a cat walking. That's it. It just walks.)

Dying so many times is not fun though, try putting some hearts you can pick up and restore your health with. I could help with the coding. But I only do java.

(keep in mind I made this review when I didn't complete the game! I gave up trying to play after 15-20 deaths! XD)

Delmiz responds:

yeah I havent figured out yet how to make a tiny delay before the enemy can do damage again, now its just "if this target hits player , then go play next frame"

there isn't that much more to the game than the first test level where you died a bunch xD
I will learn to code more though and then release a better versio of the platformer game(no idea where im going with this game, probably just for fun but idk, well just a fan made game for the loved/hated CD-I game) :D
not many that can experience that feeling of playing the game because its hard to get/buy, imo its a good and challenging game.

Oookaay... Well that was something
It's obvious that your not good at coding, as you say in your description, but I say that's a good thing, looking at the real CD-I games.
It was somewhat hard and somewhat easy, and that's what makes this fun.
I know that I said that it's obvious that your not good at coding, but this actually does have good mechanics, comparing it to some of the trash I've seen in the Under Judgement. Some of the good mechanics is the fighting (yeah I said that), the levers, and the movement.
The only bug that I could find is that you can't do anything in the triforce room except for move and jump and how your just one sprite throughout that room, but I also love that too comparing it to the CD-I games.
5 stars chap, jolly good show ol' bean.
Praise me for my kindness. :P

Delmiz responds:

thanks for the kind comment ^^
yes the second room is just a test that there can be more rooms/levels
there is alot to learn about coding and I just have started to learn some basics about making flash platformers, it was basicly just for fun, but something greater can be done if I keep learning about coding and such, I already have made new upgrades to the flash game, a zelda companion(not fully funtional tho), and a Ganondorf boss.
But basicly this is just a demo and see what kind of magic I can create in flash games.
Just need to find good resources and tutorials how to make platform games. :)

Woset Game Ever!
Woat Then CD-I Zelda Games.

The music is great but jumping and hitting is difficult to control.

this IS a demo so i cant complain but say "Cant wait for the full game."
