It's been almost eight years since the first Aching Dreams was uploaded here on Newgrounds back in 2008. Maybe you remember... Looking back, I can squarely tell you that AD1 was a POS, but hey, I worked really hard on that game. And people could tell. They knew that a lot of effort went into it, and that's what made it stand out from all the other games that had blatently stolen artwork from Japanese hentai games... With AD1, it was a nice change of pace. You could invest an afternoon into that game. If you let those characters grow on you, then maybe you even fapped to my art regardless of how shitty it was.

Fast forward to 2015, and you've got access to free streaming porn, Google and Apple are phasing Flash off the net, and there's shitton of crappy games to play. Or maybe it's not 2015 for you... Maybe it's been a few years since you've even checked on this side of the net. But you're still here, because you still remembered, and well, here's to you...

Welcome back. You're a space captain in this one.

This is honestly one of the most underrated Newgrounds games ever made. This art isn't just stunning, that intro, beautiful. The story really intrigued me too. A group of sexy soldiers fighting for TV viewership? Sounds like some kind of Orwellian Dystopia, or like Something in Smash TV. I really wish this wasn't just a porn game, it limits its appeal in my opinion. Not that these characters aren't sexy, it's just, this game has so much more to it than just that. It's a full fledge RPG with tons of hours of enjoyment and instanely high production values, and it's completely free.

doesnt even load the game. had a blank spot where it is supposed to be for over 5 minutes. my cable internet speed means the size of the game isnt the issue but game, no stars.
(probably have to pay for most of it anyway if the previous title is anything to go by)

I love the games, but I'm having some issues with selecting certain options within this one. For instance, I can't get the alcohol when first prompted to, have any idea what it could be? I'd really love a proposed fix!

I haven't played it all the way through, but I've noticed that there's one thing that's gotten worse since AD1: the characters are a bit hard to actually get attached to, since there are just so many of them. Don't get me wrong, I appreciate how much effort you've put into adding new characters, but it feels like each girl doesn't have much in the way of a distinct personality or backstory or set of motivations. (Olga's a sex-obsessed scientist with a Russian accent; Stella's a sex-obsessed actress with a Southern accent, and so on.) The art's better than AD1, but none of the girls are quite as lovable as, say, Taiyo.

Also, perhaps I'm a hidebound traditionalist, but the plot wasn't what I was expecting, and so it was hard to understand what was going on at first: I think I'd have preferred a more traditional space opera rather than Reality TV In Space.
