This is a free roaming game designed to become a FPS/RTS multiplayer game one day. Featuring a vast map with 3 different castle base levels and realistic textures and environmental trees grass and water. This is a project in development and doesn’t have any characters or scripts yet, but i created everything you will see in this game. Feel free to test it out and give feedback. I will be adding more better textures to it also. Its a pretty big world so roam across it! Have fun and enjoy!

*October 2015 Update*
*Castle Adventures Free Roam: 1st Update*

-Added more realistic textures
-Added Fire and water particles, Including waterfall and campfires.
-Added fire pits for lighting in some areas.
-Added more lights.
-Changed the layout of the map to make it much larger
-Added more building structures including a Mage’s Guild, Garrison fort, Stables, Mill, etc.
-Changed the time of day and weather to bright sunny day.
-No fog this time.
-Added more trees and grass textures.
-More trees in the forest area.

Things to add/change later

-Movable doors to open/close. Most or all of the doors are solid, but the buildings are fully structured to walk through each floor, etc.
-Adding even more better textures.
-Creating or adding a sprint command to run faster.
-Adding more sound effects.
Remember this map is LARGER than you might think. When you start off on top of that castle, head down or jump off and head towards the forest area and on the other side is a new area with towns and Mage’s guild. If there are any suggestions or advice you guys have feel free to let me know. Thank you for taking the time to play and test it out.

Due to the massive file size and the amount of models in this open world map, The movement will seem to lag very much during gameplay. I found that it lags mostly if facing one specific direction. Since I didn't make a mini map or compass yet, I can't tell you exactly which direction not to face. But when the game first starts, it is the direction slightly left of the position where you first start off in. I found out that it helps a lot to look down while moving and it doesn't lag or stutter. So please if you will, take the time to test it out and let me know what your experience was. I am currently trying to fix the issue. Thank you for your time.

Lags to the point of unplayability.

I understand. I would recommend trying to aim down while moving to see if it would help. I am currently trying to fix this issue. It is due to the amount of space some of the other models take up which makes it hard to render. I will be posting an updated version later on. Thank you for your time.
