Using other tv shows, and him just being flipped off by a character from the show, is just creative, and lacking. The art style was loopy and probably really the only interesting thing about this clip.
I think what you meant to say was "You flipping PewDiePie off with characters from random shows is lacking in creativity. The animation was loopy, but it might be the only interesting thing about the clip itself." However, I don't know why you'd use the word 'loopy' to describe anything art related; It's a very unfitting and weird adjective.
