UPDATE: Classic mode now features 4 different types of Arcade cabinet style. I did a little research to get these as close as I could. Bunkers are still missing...havent found a good way to code these and keep the game fast...yet.

Making this game has been a very good experience for me. I read a ton of reviews calling the game crap and I ended up getting pissed and leaving a whiny, bitchy post here. I got more complaints about that than about the game, and people left me some very insightful comments that made me realize what doing any kind of artwork is all about. The old addage "you can't please everyone" comes to mind. Thanks for helping me improve myself. I guess leaving Newgrounds is not the best way to overcome a roadblock.

Great game, how about adding a challenge stage like they had in the old games. Maybe adding a powerup that will give you 2 ships, kind of like when your ship gets stolen in the old nintendo version.

Only, make it a powerup droped by the ufo instead, like all the other powerups are. I think these ideas would make this game even better then it already is.
