Well I've been getting a lot of messages about this but the reason why it's so short is because it's actually part of a "MAP." A MAP stands for Multi Animator Project and it's where around 20-30 ( and sometimes more ) get together to animate an entire song... so it's kind of like a huge collab. With so many people, most of the time you only get to animate up to 10 or 15 seconds.
I saw this on Youtube. It inspired me to continue with my own wolf animations. I was having trouble with drawing a turning face from side view to front view and I found this in a MAP which really helped.
