Intense and retro arcade space shooter.
Truly a retro arcade space bullet hell.

A really nice and bold space shooter game. This is probably the only arcade game that has been correctly recreated recently. Not everyone is going to come here on mobile. The controls for the mouse are sloppy. Although I've seen other people uploading arcade games and they feel like a lazy excuse to make a game. This one just does slightly better than the others. I like it.

Verdict: 3 stars

Not bad, just sloppy controls, fairly a good game.

Couldn't figure out how to swap to keyboard controls. Swiping with the mouse is kinda clunky on the PC. Any help?

The retro style and theme of the game is okay, but there are just a lot of things here that make it boring. For one, the game is too slow and long. The player's spaceship has too much health and is as slow as a snail. It'll be understandable if the game was fast-paced and has a ton of bullets going after you (what bullet hell really is), but that's just not the case.

And then there were the targets, as soon as you encounter them, they take a long while to get from the top of the screen to where they're supposed to be. They too have a lot of health and it will take some time just to eliminate Target 1 and get on with the rest of the game.

The enemies are also one thing that makes it boring. They're too scattered and easy to avoid. The first enemy you encounter that actually fights is after you have eliminated Target 1, and this single enemy has health quite equal to Target 1.

Also, just a preference with this type of game, I suggest changing the game controls to using the left and right keyboard buttons instead of using the mouse to hold on to the left and right sides of the screen.

Overall, it could be a very good game, but the lack of action and speed makes it a very boring one.

The art and sound effects are both fantastic, and the decision to make it monochromatic was a nice touch-- however, with that comes the problem that bullets flying at you are not very easy to see coming. The music felt very out of place... I think it's the lack of a baseline? Finally, the way to control your ship works, but implementing arrow keys or A & D to move would make it a lot more approachable. Nice game!!
