Very well thought out. I like the card draw ratio. Reminds me of sub campaign modules for the old "Axis & Allies" games.

Russia has elected a democratic and pro-western government. Rather than run the risk of sharing a border with a NATO and EU member, China has decided to invade Siberia and establish a buffer state. Suddenly, Russians find themselves fighting their own version of the Donbass War. Russians know that a frozen conflict with China will limit Russia’s ability to integrate with Western security and economic institutions. A brighter future for a young democracy is at stake, and Russians are determined to fight back.
