Press the arrow keys when the arrows enter the zone at the bottom of the screen. Press escape to pause/unpause.

I've been coming here for almost a decade and this is finally my first submission. It's a cheesy little rhythm game with terrible graphics and awful game-play.

Big thanks to the audio community for the free music. Check out their profiles if you liked any of the music.

Made with Stencyl, sound effects by www.freesound.org, music by the NG community, art and programming by me.

unplayable :/

It was all great effort, but it could have been a bit more organized. For example like ddr? I was REALLY hard to follow the arrows the the point where I almost got to -700 along with sometimes I do press the correct arrow keys when the arrows enter the zone, but I don't think I'm getting the points?

Awesome idea for a game

Admittedly a good attempt and well made enough to show that you're not total garbage. It's usually hard just to get your first game finished to the point where it's worth putting up here and in that sense, it is. It's nothing special but it's well made enough to provide entertainment if I felt inclined to master a rhythm game at the moment (sadly, I would only get pissed off at the arrows being all random and breaking up my personal sense of rhythm but I guess that's just one part of the challenge.

Simply put, keep making games. It looks better than half the "minimalist effort" or "first time" games that manage to get on here regularly and you have the potential to make some real winners if you kept at it and worked on something a little more in depth.
