Addicting, challenging, and good fun all around. I always died early on, but I still had fun. My favorite thing about this game is the music, which is just downright awesome.

Everything about this is really neat- animation, music, concept. I hope you keep making games with the same aesthetic appeal! It wasn't really that much of a game though, if that makes sense, but having read your comments below I get why. Keep up the good work!

SeamusLight responds:

Thank ya kindly. Although the next concept I have in mind is more of an educational game, I will definitely look to incorporate this kind of aesthetic into future projects. Perhaps I might even return to this one, remake it with a new programming pipeline, expand it, refine it...

But if I could, on this first shaky attempt, provide something that was at least visually and musically appealing, I feel that counts as a success.

I don't know what I was playing, but it had great graphics.

SeamusLight responds:

Haha, thanks. It was primarily an animation project more than a game, but I'm glad it went over as well as it did. As you cans see, it's not much mechanically, and more of an attempt to integrate my animation work into a game system. And really, I'm just glad the scripting works (well, mostly.)

It's a jumping off point - a first experiment in making 2D games. And I hope to make a lot more that are more gameplay-driven. Anyway, thank you for the feedback!

Music was kind cool.

SeamusLight responds:

Thanks! A lot like my last submission, the choice of music (or in this case, the music I can produce) is one of the central points of the game. I love producing music that has that retrowave analog sound, as well as creating my own bleep on bloop sound effects.
