How to play StompR v1.0
Use the arrow keys to move and the space bar to jump/stomp.
Use Ctrl Z / Ctrl alt Z to end your life (1 life).
Collect points by stomping on Beasts and Coins.
Each stomp is worth 10 points.
Kill a Beast = 100 points.
Collect a Coin = 1000 points.
Beware of the Wind. It will end your life (1 life).
It is possible to get trapped!!!
Use Ctrl Z to end your life (1 life) and return to the levels starting position.
Sometimes this will not resolve your problem. In that case you will have to end the game.
You can get caught inside of the tiles.
Running into the o will transport you back to the starting position.
You will NOT be penalized for this.
The game starts with 3 lives.
You can add more lives by clicking on the Lives icon.
There are 10 levels to StompR.
To complete a level you must kill the designated number of Beasts.
You pick the number on the Game Levels screen.

Nice platformer game here I have to say it was actually a fun one with some nice detailed elements those winds though can be anoying lol, A fun element here and that's what makes this fun because you can never have too much of some stylish games like this one, it has some strategy about it and that makes it even more fun

The game is interesting, you've got to think where to jump and when, but you should work a bit on winds' movement. I am currently waiting for about half of an hour on level 8 for one of the winds to move to be able to proceed, but it just got stucked on one creature and it won't budge. It would be good to be able to quit a life, but with the initial winds' placement. Oh, and I played & finished level 5 on all difficulties and I did not get the Level 5 medal.
Thanks for the review. I have the winds moving randomly which can be real aggravating. Level 8 is my nemesis. To get the Level 5 medal, you have to kill the bottom right Beast! Almost impossible. I have only done it once. The other medals are much easier to get. Do you have any issues with collecting the other medals?
The game was way too shaky when transitioning levels. gave me a headache
I played around with different transitions between scenes and decided on the shake because I haven't seen it used before. I probably wont do that again.
I think it needs some work :/
The coin collection is weird, the background is very dull and the game exited for no reason while I was playing.
Thanks for the review. It is the first game I ever created and I am still learning the software. I used the sample tiles to create it. I should get better at backgrounds and tiles on my next game. Did the game go to the game over screen or did it crash?
