Learn a little about Grim. Grim has a power, the power of the death. Watch what he does with his new found ability. See his journey from living to dead.

It was okay.
Hard to follow, extremely bland concept, unfitting and poorly-mastered soundtrack, no sound effects, no apparent knowledge of animation whatsoever, no real artistic skill.
This was hard to sit through and you have a lot of work to do if you want to get better.
Learn to draw. Learn the 12 Principles of Animation. Read books and learn to tell stories. Learn how to use real software (Pivot is shit). Study work from animators you like and try to do the things that they do.
Sure this attempt sucks ass, but you have nowhere to go from here but up. Start teaching yourself everything you can to improve, never stop learning, and eventually your animation will be good.
Not a bad storyline for an rhg thing... But to get impressive it's still going to need some polish in the detail quality. You'll definitely need more frames for faster framerate. It's not about achieving perfection, but to tell this one better, you'd have to spend a lot more time on it.
If you haven't, take a look at Stickpage.com, and you'll start to see how much real competition there is (as well as caliber)...
You could also take a chance on telling this a little more like the "Technical Dave" series. But that takes a LOT more detail and tribulation, even if you barely consider it animation as such...
Just hoping to help through feedback, 'cause if you don't know what we're looking for, how can you hope to grow and improve as an artist...
Thank you, that is very helpful
