Lip sync.. It doesn't take that long to make the mouths at least open and close. I know you're really trying to get animations out there sick but don't sacrifice that much quality..

Funny, as every game grumps toon is. Not much to say about it since every cartoon has its own style. I liked the choice of clip.
lol, nice sketch! The leg swoops in particular a pretty entertaining detail, and it looks like lip sync isn't really neccesary to port a podcast to anime! Though, it might look better. Keep up the good work!
