Headphones are suggested for big boom fun...

Game CONTROLS:
Move UP = S (or) K key
Move DOWN = X (or) M key
Fire MISSLE= Spacebar

Game TIPS:
(1)DON'T shoot red blood cells. DO avoid hitting red blood cells with your pod if possible (they count against your score).
(2) DO allow yellow capsules to hit you. They give you missiles.
(3) Everything else should be killed.

Backstory:
In the year 2124, human health is monitored by “PhDs”, or personal health droids. These nanobots are injected into the blood stream at birth and travel throughout their human host until their day of decommissioning. On occasion these PhDs will malfunction, ignore their protocol and begin mutating the surrounding organic tissue’s DNA to metalloid. At this point the human must go to sector 12G or, as it’s more commonly known, "Sick Bay". Once there, a human doctor and rescue pod are miniaturized and injected into the circulatory system to seek out and destroy the faulty PhD.

I love classic flying scrollers. Reminds me of watching my uncle play Gradius. He actually had a stand alone Defender cabinet in my room growing up. Nice childhood. The storyline is cool and just dark enough for me. I'm pretty used to this fast-paced game play and made it all the way to the metal section. The robot lady's voice was a surprise :)

DRWgames responds:

Thanks ggirl24! Having a Defender cabinet would be so awesome. Glad you liked Sick Bay and hope you'll play more and spread the word :)

way too hard! maybe you should give infinite missiles or something to reduce the difficulty

DRWgames responds:

Thanks for the review, nbomb. I hesitate on infinite missiles, people would just blast their way all the way to the end. Conserving missiles for bacteria and metal probes is key as is collecting the yellow capsules to refill your missile supply.

Were there too many blood cells to avoid? or were the bacteria too fast? I want it to be somewhat hard like Canabalt is in the beginning, but with each play you get a little better/farther etc.

Again, thanks for commenting. I really appreciate the constructive criticism!
