Definitely needs audio... Even REALLY bad audio is better than nothing. And I'm not even going to comment on length...
The animation was fluid, so as you work, you will only gain. Try slowing down a bit, and add a few (okay, you don't need all the "bells and whistles" of animation to 'sell the shot'... You will need something!
I'm a 'regular' at Stickpage.com, so don't think I'm just coming down hard on you. I'm just trying to be constructive on what you can do to be "better" the next time out.
From here... do you want more? ::
Try developing some of your OWN style to the 'stick thing'... Check out "Stickman Can't Fight" series, and you can see some artistic influence to the stick genre...
Take a little of your own 'attitude' into the genre. Just 'cause stick's only acted a certain way before, it doesn't mean they can't act your way now. AND finally, don't keep thinking in terms of "..and then... this happens... and then..."
Start working into the thinking of "because of this happening... then that happens..."
Finally, breathe and relax... Developing a storyboard will help. It helps break a project into manageable bits, and as you complete each one you can '...check it off...' In the meantime, you can reflect on what you wanted to say (vs...) what you wanted to say.
None the less, it was really cool! Keep your nose in the wind, and your tail to yourself,
