Im no expert on animation but i'd say this is one of the coolest short films i've ever seen

Stick figure battles are a very common genre of action flash movie.

You will need to have a certain level of distinction from your competition.

I like your usage of gradients for the rocks and sky because it created a more polished look.

Why, do the sticks have no facial features?

I've seen a lot of faceless sticks do battle and it always gives those movies a generic look.

I would have loved to see more of your own drawing style within those stick figures.

Those kinda extra subtle details will make a world of difference.
