Well, this has been very different from what I'm used to seeing!!!
Made for this year's 5 Second Day over at Titmouse NY.
The audio was taken from a reading of the Biography of Benjamin Franklin, as written there on the screen there. My buddy Giogio Renna read it badly, as I told him to. My wife Erin Hesser helped me with the animation.

Huh
how peculiar
I love the irony! And I thought the jilted animation style was pretty interesting. It's almost stop-motion like, giving us enough time to look at the scene and expression at each moment. Hope to see some more work like this in the future!
Animation was great, the audio... somberly entertaining. The fact that it's an actual biography adds a sense of -not-sure-if-this-is-supposed-to-be-comical, but I suppose the humor lies in the clash of reality and spoken word. Interesting idea!
-cd-
very very good, i liked it alot!
especially benjamins epic face and slightly drunk posture, as he was walking in his room.
i also liked the little details, such as the ''puke pitcher'', or the portrait of bejamin and washington/jefferson? posing for a party. it was funny.
also the nude women posters/paintings in the walls and the bong under the table, with the mini-fridge in the room were funny elements as well.
good work sir.
