So, lemme get this straight. You click Run the other direction, and any of the other options on the second page, you die. You hit wait 3 times, you die, you hit look around, you instantly die. You click wait and look around, you die. You click wait, run the other direction, go right. You die. You click wait, run the other direction, go forward, you die. You click wait, run the other direction, go back, you die. You click wait twice and all those other options, you still die. You click wait twice and look around, you die. Is there anything to go further in the game, or is that it? I've tried all the combinations. Either I'm just stupid or this game is broken for me.
Well there are more options then just that. And if you click at the "Sorma'ksuler" medal, you'll notice at least 4 people managed to get it. Which means they finished the game and visited all locations.
You are not stupid. Maybe not patient enough, but not stupid.
Thx for your review... :(
It has some great ideas, and I'm all for difficulty, but what you've created is essentially an interactive movie where what you do has no bearing on what actually happens. No matter the option taken the ending is either death or an endless loop of punching hallucinations of angels.
well, all adventure games are semi-movies with checkpoints in form of riddles that stops you from progressing further.
I can assure you - the game has an ending. But it is not an easy one to achieve. My best betatester managed to finish the game dying 168 times... after 6h.
Thank you for your review regardless! :)
i tried to play your game but it just confused me and i couldn't figure out what to do at all it's got nice visuals but overall in my opinion the game is dumb but does show how much love and detail you put into it so i look forward to your next game
Thank you for your review. It is quite an odd game. But thats because... well:
Currently i have a very difficult life situation. This year started very bad for me and i am constantly struggling with money problems. The thing is, i am not alone. I have wife and 4 years old son. His name is Jacob. For past 3 months me and his mother are doing the best we can to figure out a solution to our money problems, but other problems keep stockpilling. And so i feel like a beaten meat pulp.
Filled with anger, hate, depression, misery, sorrow and madness - i took it all, and turned into a game. To the point where i cannot call this thing a game at all. Its practicly me. Converted into graphics, sounds and story. By playing this game, you are literally entering my head right now. And no, i am not joking. Nasty place isn't it? Thats why no hard feelings for your low rating. I cannot blame you just because you dislike my madness. I am not fond of it neither.
Take care DarkArchangel! Stay safe. And thank you for playing :)
Really interesting visuals.
Relieved that the point-and-click zones are revealed when close.
The game is tricky, but I made progress after a few times experimenting.
I encountered a bug in the first room, though.
If you wait, leave the room, and die (don't lock doors, for example) the game doesn't reset the the number of times you waited when it restarts (clicking 'wait' after the restart acts as if it's the second time waiting). Repeating this process means if you wait on the second restart (the third time waiting) it kills you right away as if you had already waited twice.
Thank you kindly Oxgrim! :D I am very happy you are having fun playing my game.
As for that bug - noted. I'll try to fix it right away! Thank you again!!! This means world to me.
Yes too much dying, no checkpoints or save feature. Most people just don't have the time required to complete your game. Getting sent back to the beginning for simply exploring is demoralizing and destroys any prospect of this game being interesting or fun.
There is a save feature. You can close the game and you will resume just where you left it.
Shame you find it too difficult :( But still, thank you for your review!
