made me laugh. which is more than a lot of things out there do for me. dont stop making stuff.

I think If you have cleaner drawings and add more tweens this would be a pretty good animation :)
Also, try to sync the characters actions with the sound effects :)

Seems like the neighbor's some kind of superhero! :D Or more like... supervillian? Wasn't expecting that. Animation's a bit simple overall, but smooth, and sound effects work well, you even get the sense of annoyance the lower neighbor's feeling with that background melody. Keep it going!
