This is my first newgrounds submission ever...Here goes.
For those of you that don't know, Oberin is a macintosh online roleplaying game in the same vein as Ultima Online and the like. (viewable at www.Oberin.com).
This anime is pretty much useless to anyone that doesn't understand the injoke so let me explain.....

In Oberin as soon as your characters feet hit water a small wooden raft appears to prevent you from actually going underwater, this way you can seemingly walk anywhere on the world map just aslong as this little raft keeps popping up. The fact that no one can swim in Oberin is where I got the idea from, hence the ending.
Don't flame me because you aren't one of the VERY FEW people that will understand this, I'd rather you just comment on use of sound/my drawing stlye if anything.
