Heh, pong beep as stereotypical sound of censorship? Was a fun idea but... I can't help feel the pun was wasted a bit, it just... didn't make me laugh! Maybe has to do with how the detective reacts? Maybe with how the sound is included in a story that seems to end along with the pun, even though it felt like it'd be bigger than that? Whatever it was, I feel there's potential for more.
