Thanks for keeping things "Old School"! Animating from hand drawn is getting rare, and this being your first, I want to encourage more out of you.
At the same time, constructively... Even a terrible sound track is better / more entertaining than no sound track at all. It doesn't even have to have "great" or "standard" foley... (that's sound-FX) for those who don't know. I honestly think just a splash of even "cheesy" music, and a few sounds to "sell" the shot would spruce this up for your project to a top notch... at least for what it is.
Everything else, you hit at least the mark. These comments are just something to help out a bit, from my angle and view.

Good animation. It is expressive throughout. Good move when the plug turns away and chuckles mischievously. According to your projects design, you succeeded.

Its nice! Normally I would say OMGERBILZ BLAM DIS! but saying 'This is hand-drawn' really explains alot. I definately can't draw this well.

Short but super cute! A bit of music would have made it even more cute though =)
