I started the game and saw, how well-done these buttons in the main menu are. I like their animations - pretty neat. But as I clicked "Play" and saw the "Level Select"-menu, I didn't know what I have to do - of course clicking on "1" or "2", but I just didn't know what these "Areas" are. It is not needed to add a discription, maybe just little graphical differences would have been nice. So, I clicked on "1" and see an 'Angry Bird"-inspired level-selection. This is nothing bad, but something more individual would have been nice as well. But this is is fine, too.
Now, the game itself;
alas, there are some points of criticism. The gameplay mechanics are all very basic. You walk and jump. Nothing bad. But the point, you can't adjust your jump height is - not tragic - but, arousing criticism. The obstacles are neat and very well drawn just like the rest of the game and a degree of difficulty is existent - good.
The leveldesign is ok, but I like the leveldesign in level 2 better
But one of the most troublesome thing is that the general gameplay is just too slow. Really. You jump slowly, you walk slowly, everything is too slow. This is sad, because it is in general a not-so-bad-game, in fact, I liked the graphics and your art-style, but this slowly gameplay affects my experience of play, unfortunately.
All in all this game is just OK. It would have really been better if everything was a bit faster.
But I besides that critcism stuff, I had actually fun playing this game, so heads up and keep getting better making games!
