Decently put together and playable. But that's about it.
The basis for the "game" is extremely dull. Tic-tac-toe will end in a draw if both players are playing an optimal strategy and optimal strategy isn't exactly hard to achieve. The fact that the computer AI deliberately lets you win in the 1-Player mode just seems slightly odd.
Maybe good for a young child.
Nice sounds and graphics. But the game is old, and experienced gamers will always end with a tie. Good for kids, though - so you are saved from a blam. I save those for the ones that are truly unplayable or just a mess.
Pretty good graphics and sound, but tic tac toe is just simply a bad game. If you have at least some experience all games will end in a tie.
So since this is a worthless game, despite the good graphics and sounds, I'll blam it.
