This game was our winning entry for a mini-game jam that we did at college. The theme was 'Elements', so we decided to make a mining game titled 'Death by Uranium' where you mine different elements to gain money in the game. But be careful of the Uranium and its radioactive properties, it may just be enough to kill you.

Again, this was our first game made together as a team, so any and all feedback is valuable for us. Thanks for checking out our game!

no instructions, no strategy, decent art... its like a version of minesweeper that's entirely chance based??? im not trying to be mean but this seriously needs a re haul. i'm just randomly clicking, and there's no way of telling which square is good or bad, no real achievements or development, no point in getting money because there arent any upgrades, idk... i got bored really really fast. there's gotta be something else to this

I have thought of some new ideas for the game, to make it more clear we may make these changes:
- Uranium Rock visuals to be the same
- A display of the layout of rocks before they get covered (Memory game style)

this just doesn't have much to it.

It's ok for a first try.

My advice is that you give something for the player so that he can know where the uranium might be, and also some way of getting lives. I believe the best way for that is with a market where you can spend the ore you mined for those.

Good work- I like the general concept. Is there any way to tell where the Uranium is though? If so, it's not exactly clear. Otherwise, this game involves all luck and no skill, and I think there should be some skill involved,
