I liked this, the animation was decent even though it's a bit simple.
Some colour would help make this animation stand out, you could use dark colours instead of strong colourful ones for example.
Also, Newgrounds offers free pre-loaders here: http://www.newgrounds.com/downloads/preloaders/ if you'd like to use one, it won't make your movie loop.

this was fantastic, i love the thick clear lines for the characters.
the music was nice too, but kind of cliche, another track could've had more of an effect.

lol, and the story is just kind of cliche too, i've read so many stories of "being watched" and this would fall into that category like everyone else.

i would love too see moar of this, better tracks, and different stories will give you more of an effect on your audience. Can't wait!
