I understand the story, but anyone who is unfamiliar with the subject matter would struggle. The animation told the story, but it wasn't particularly great animation. Displaying fire and explosions with lines? We're not in the 1920s you know... we have Google. Look up animating fire. It is not that hard to do and it would add far more to the story than the lines you have currently.
