Pretty good, but if you're going to go to the trouble of including light reflections on the outfit and glasses, they should show in time to and react with the flashes.

Looks Nice. Add some movement to her body. Something small like her chest expanding/shrinking to simulate her breathing.

Very well done. the animation for the lightning is great but you should pay more attention to the way light and shadows behave. Considering the lightning is affecting the entire lighting of the room all of her light and shadows would change. This would be perfect if the lightning arcs weren't there and instead she had the pulsing energy in her hands only.

As a picture, this gets a 4. As an animation (movie), it gets a 1. This would make a great GIF to be submitted to the Art Portal. But as far as a story, with a plot and sounds and characters and music, well, it's lacking all of that, and you did submit it to the Flash Portal, not the Art Potal. My best suggestion would be just that: publish it as a GIF and submit it to the Art Portal. You're heading in the right direction to make great animations, so stay with it.

As art, this is great. As a movie, I gotta say no.

i kinda like it ,but i will just tell you, lightning looks much more chaotic then that.
It flickers and jolts rapidly without most rhyme or reason, almost like its a cracked out fireplace.
Good luck
