Interesting. This inspired me another fan story.
I made this for my Advanced New Media Art Show. This was a Choose Your Own Adventure style game with my character Kaz as a knight. It was a simple game to make but took forever to draw and put together. I had lots of fun making it and I really put in my all for my first Flash game ever! Yes, this is my first game. Again, it is simple with simple buttons and AS3 coding.

You have potential as a artist, perhaps for another programmer?
Decent enough for what it was. Had a few issues with the size/colour of the text in parts though- it was quite difficult to read a few of the signs etc. Music would have been a nice addition.
Not really much of a game. There are no consequences for failing. At all. You can go back any time you like, some parts loop into others and seem like a bug, the "choices" you make don't affect anything at all. I got all of my money stolen so i won't be able to... wait no, nevermind, I can still do everything exactly the same as if i hadn't gotten my money stolen. I had to fight a wolf and now I'm injured, which means that now... nothing will change. I got lost in a cave so let me just follow this obvious trail I apparently know about to the exit. I fell down the left fork in a river so now... wait I've been in this cave (that I'm now in for some reason) before, I'm lost again but i still know the way out from last time. Quiz at a bridge? Just click randomly tell you get one of the two correct answers. Medieval quiz in a cave? Computer question. Guard asks a commoner a quiz question and just lets him in if he answers correctly. Totally believable. And then there's.... Wait nope. that's the entire game. Sorry I ruined it for whoever reads this I suppose. You didn't miss much.
I appreciate the effort you put into this game, but it felt kind of pointless to me. There wasn't any motivation, and the ending didn't seem relevant. I understand this is your first flash game, so I just suggest thinking about what your real goal is in making this game. If you're passionate about it, the audience will be too.
