Too fast, nothing to follow, and the rare original stuff is poorly-drawn. I get that you wanted random, but there is a fine line between random and noise.

You really need to add voices to the characters. No ones going to read the much text especially scrolling that fast...

If you want to call the attention, then make sure to make it in a better manner, you should practice in your animation skills, and maybe add some voices to add a better "Push" to the people you want it to see. And another thing, don't use images for an animation unless you plan to make is in a picture fram hanging in a random background, you can make it a reference then.
