The Blood Moon.

It is an ancient ritual that has been performed only 2 times is the past 1,000 years.

During the Blood Moon, darkness reigns. The evilness in one's heart begins to swell and consume the soul.

The individual responsible for the Blood Moon ritual is a powerful force to be reckoned with. They want nothing more than to cover the world in eternal darkness.

Even the kindest of hearts can be corrupted during this frightening time.

Ryu, a warrior of light, has battled the darkness in his heart on several occasions. Though he has been able to suppress the Satui no Hado, no man can truly defeat all of his inner demons.

The Blood Moon has arrived. Ryu finds it even harder to suppress the dark power within him. He blacks out for what seems to be seconds. He awakes to destruction around him, only to find his hands sullied with blood.

As Ryu slowly feels his mind slip into eternal chaos, a bright light appears before him.

A Light Canon. A mass of pure illumation arrives and wraps Ryu in light. Ryu’s body immediately feels cleansed of dark intentions. When the light dissipates, the Light Canon is gone.

Ryu hears a voice.

“My name is Dice. I am a Light Canon from eons away. The dark grasp you feel overwhelming you is from a dark and power entity. We, Light Canons, are familiar with the Blood Moon and we have come here to grant aid to the warriors in need.”

“We need you to find the Dark Power behind this atrocity. I have granted you additional strength to combat this evil. You will find it much easier to suppress your demonic tendencies now. Now GO!”

Ryu stands to his feet. He feels different. He feels stronger.

With clear resolve, Ryu runs into the darkness to confront a threat greater than anything he has faced before.
