hybrid/hats/shoes? concepts great, implentation sucked

The zombies are coming! Defend your village from the zombie invasions in 100 days. Battle 10 bosses and a super boss. Use more than 50 tools, items, upgrades and power ups. Dress-up your fruit plants and research for hybrid fruits!
Use your mouse to control. Use Key 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 0 to use items. See in-game instructions.
It's an ok !grinding! version of Plants vs Zombies.
Got bored really fast.
Got bored after the 3rd zombie was introduced. The one that takes FOREVER to go down.
I've only been able to afford 1 upgrade. Very poor. This doesn't drag me in as I can't buy anything after several stages of gameplay. Also, there needs to be a life meter or something so I know when these high HP zombies are close to going down.
The game has potential. But you have to get people interested in the beginning and make various things more available after the 2nd 3rd and 4th stages. Not close everything off until they get halfway through.
Its a plants vs zombies clone, what can i say? loved that, loved your first game and loved this one too nothing much is new, but just enough to keep me decently entretained for half an hour
