Hmmm... I would actually blam this one...
Explanation of my ratings:
Graphics: Good weapon detail in my opinion.
Style: A "An american hero shoots a 'japanese' bastard" game isn't quite good style in my opinion... though as for playing format, well it's usual but good.
Sound: Moonlight sonata 1st mov. is great.
Violence: Hmmm... it was quite simple in my perspective, violence wasn't quite detailed.
Interactivity: Well... responds well to clicks, "shots" are product of clicking when you have the weapon. You have this one, it's interactive at least.
Humor: I don't think it is supposed to be funny is it? (If so... well I guess it doesn't achieve it)
Overall:
Stupid trama. "Chin Chong"? It would at best sound chinese, in my perspective this portrays a racism not only against Japanese but practically all far eastern ethnic groups. It's a typical "USA is the hero everywhere anytime" game. Besides I don't find it quite amusing to shoot "japanese" men who have done nothing to me for an instance.
I have never done an animation myself except simple stick animations just as experiment in Flash at school, so usually I do appreciate efforts on animation and admire when they have been done well, that's why I put two, for I think it's well animated, and also because as I mentioned Moonlight Sonata is a great melody in my perspective.
Anything else aside from good weapon detail, that melody and the effort put into animation, worth absolutely nothing. I can't tell you ho to think and besides this is not a politics' forum so i won't express my ideology here and as this is a neutral site I can't tell you to stop doing such tendencious and racist games though I would suggest it.

Too short
Kinda been there and done that experience. Wasn't bad but was very short and didn't really bring any new ideas to the table. A good shooting overall but remember to add more to it.
