It always seemed strange when Frank was talking to the audience and nobody seemed to notice. I'm pretty sure if he did get caught out on it at some point it would go a little something like this :D

Netflix's House of Cards is an amazing drama, but Frank talking to the fourth wall always seemed odd to me, especially describing his schemes with the people he's manipulating in earshot.
