What a weird game. It was ... sort of interesting. It is a bit glitchy, which makes it something that I'm not interested in spending time on. At one point the pause menu was the only way the game would play and if I "unpaused" it, it would actually pause.
I think the idea is worth working on a bit more... I'll give you a 3 because of that.

Its decent. But pretty boring after a while.
Quite decent, but it hangs sometimes when I press the button to buy new submarines. It does not hang completely. I can still exit to select the stage again, but it's extremely annoying. That bug brings it down from 4 to 2.5.

it's cute and all, but the interface just doesn't feel smooth. and what's the deal with choosing where the cats go? this COULD be a great tower defense if it's tweaked fine enough.
