This shouldnt be blammed. but its not GREAT. its decent. the animation could use a little work, so could the voice acting.

It got potential, the animation needs to be more vibrent, it's too stationary, for example grass that is softly waved by the wind, or some eye blinks. The voice track could always get some work. But what you really should is some sound effects and a background music, it feels unprofessional without them, remember to put not too much sound effects, and add a music related to the situation, for example in the boot camp you could've put a soundtrack of some military base or a music that reminds of military operations, it's hard to describe, but if you pull out the right music, it'd be a lot better.
